✨Staff Spotlight!✨

Meet Jordin (yes, with an “I”) one of our servers, and a face that long-time customers of the Rawls will most certainly recognize! Jordin was a server with the previous Rawls Restaurant and started in February, 2025. Throughout the restaurant change, Jordin was a huge part of getting us to where we are today. Her favorite meal is our Chicken Murphy, and her favorite part of working at Pastela is “working with a great team, many of which have become close friends, and getting to see our regulars each day and be a part of their lives.”

Jordin’s hard work, dedication, and fiery personality add so much to our Pastela team and we are so grateful for her. Next time you’re in, be sure to say hi to Jordin!
