The faces of Alabama Pecan Co. 🤍

The food may get most of the pictures around here, but it’s the people who make this place what it is.

The smiling faces that greet you, keep the coffee filled, carry the plates, remember your favorites, and somehow keep smiling through a packed lunch rush.

We are nothing without the incredible people who show up every day and take care of our guests — and we’re pretty darn thankful for them.

Even better news: we remembered to tell Google this time. 😂

Dinner at APC is officially on for Thursday, Friday + Saturday nights until 8 PM — and yes, Google AND Facebook now agree with us.

We’re still wrangling a few of the other corners of the internet, so bear with us while we get everybody on the same page. 😉

Southern food doesn’t have to stay in its lane. 🤍

Take our Brie & Berry Biscuit. We start with a warm, buttery buttermilk biscuit—the kind of Southern staple that needs no introduction—then add creamy, melty Brie and our sweet-tart mixed berry sauce.

Familiar at first glance. A little unexpected once you get into it. Ooey, gooey, sweet, savory…and exactly the kind of twist we love around here.

Southern at heart, with a little flair. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.

Not all pecans end up in a pie. And that's a very good thing.

Some get made into our Pecan Snickerdoodles, others get roasted for Ranch or Voodoo, and the most classic ones of all stay exactly the way they are and get munched on right out of the bag.
