After temporarily removing lettuce and lettuce-related menu items, along with cabbage-related items like coleslaw, as a precaution during the recent Cyclospora outbreak, we’re happy to have them available again.

Our distributor, Ben E. Keith Foods, has assured us that the lettuce is not sourced from Mexico and has been sample tested and approved for safety. The cabbage has also been approved, which means our coleslaw is back too.

Questions about sourcing or testing can be directed to Ben E. Keith Foods.

So grab those tong th tong tong toooongs and come enjoy the Salad Bar, Larry’s Special Salads and our famous homemade ranch dressing!

We received no reports of problems from our customers, but we chose to play it safe because the safety of our food and customers always comes first.
