****ENTERPRISE****
swear, it seems like every step forward somehow ends up being 5 steps back. That’s been the trend with this business since I started back in March. The Garden Pantry has taught me a lot of things, but most of all…it has taught me how to overcome adversity. When I’m faced with a challenge, I’ve learned to not give up and try another route, and to not take no for an answer. 💪🏻
I would be lying if I said I’m not a little down because I’ve faced so much in the last several months. Whether it was fighting for my farmstand, being up against the city, losing my farmstand, changing licensing, changing locations, Amazon losing my supply order (many times) and not being able to open, and etc— it’s just been a wild rollercoaster.
Now, I finally get situated and my car breaks down. I’m not sure what the universe is telling me but I guess it’s just life. I’m gonna keep on keeping on no matter what. But know this, it’s okay to feel down and it’s okay to feel a little defeated every now and then. You’re doing your best. Take a day, take a break, but get back on the horse. There’s no time to give up.
That’s my soap box for the day. If you made it this far, thanks for letting me vent. 🥰
