We’re looking for a strong, reliable person with Restaurant Management experience to join our leadership team at our Ennis location. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to run a shift the right way.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous restaurant or bar management experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to manage staff, schedules, and daily operations
- Experience with training, standards, and accountability
- Availability for nights and weekends
