I kind of messed up the corn custard for this weekā€™s elote croissant šŸ˜­ to make up for it we will have our new horchata croissant starting tomorrow! It is our croissant filled with our house horchata milk turned into pastry cream. The croissant is then dipped in vanilla glaze, dusted with cinnamon sugar and gold glitter! Simple yet delicious!
