On 03/18/2026, we lost the heart behind our restaurant.
He wasn’t just an owner—he was the reason this place exists. In 1997, he started this journey alongside his wife, Maria Martinez, in Ferris, TX under the name Fiesta Inn. Through hard work, long days, and perseverance, he later brought that vision to Ennis in 2001, where it became Fiesta Grill.
He built everything from the ground up with a deep love for serving people and bringing the community together.
If you’ve ever eaten here, laughed here, or felt at home here—it’s because of him.
As his son, I will dedicate my life to continuing his legacy alongside our family, with the support of his friends and the loyal customers who have supported Fiesta Grill throughout the years. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you.
We will continue what he started and honor him every single day.
In his memory, we will be closed Sunday as we gather with family. His viewing will be held from 5–8 PM at Green Funeral Home in Ferris, TX.
