An Important Update from Switch

Switch will be closed this evening, September 30, as we take time to regroup and retrain our team.

We take great pride in excellence, and unfortunately, lunch service today fell short of the standards we hold for ourselves and for our guests. We had too many errors that were simply unacceptable.

We want to be clear: today’s lunch service is not indicative of the Switch experience we are committed to providing. We’re taking this seriously, using this time to address what went wrong, retrain, and come back stronger.

Thank you for your understanding and for holding us to a high standard. We look forward to serving you the way you deserve. ❤️
