This Sunday at La Cuchara, we’re excited to welcome Chef Lisi Roka from Connecticut for a special collaboration with our very own Chef Monica Ramirez.

Bringing together Monica’s passion for Spanish cuisine with Lisi’s extensive knowledge of French and Italian cooking, the two chefs will step into the kitchen together to create something truly special.

The perfect oxtail dish 🇪🇸✨

Braised slowly for 12 hours until incredibly tender, carefully pulled from the bone, and beautifully formed into a rich oxtail medallion. Served over creamy truffle mashed potatoes and finished with an intense, deeply flavorful sauce made from the very same ingredients, spices and flavors the oxtail was slowly braised in.
