The Nicolino isn’t just a Nicola’s favorite — it was Nicola’s own creation.

Born and raised in Calabria, Nicola loved the simple foods he grew up with: uncomplicated ingredients, big flavor, and, of course, a little dash of spice. 🌶️

Spaghetti tossed with banana peppers, mushrooms, anchovies, garlic & olive oil, then finished with breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Simple, rustic, a little spicy — and very Nicola. ❤️
