Good pizza starts with good ingredients.

For our Salsiccia, we source our pork from Lottie’s Meats, then pair it with fior di latte, rapini, Calabrian chili, and sundried tomato. The result is savory, spicy, and balanced with just enough bitterness from the rapini.
