A first look at , our latest project in NYC.

Located in the Garment District, the space builds on the building’s history as part of
New York’s early 1900s social life, where nightlife, glamour, and music once defined the experience. The goal was not to recreate that era, but to reinterpret it through a modern lens and turn it into something immersive and distinctly New York.
