BABY BACK RIBS: Dry rubbed with our “Rescue Rub” and Hickory smoked until fall-off-the-bone tender.
HOT SHOTS: Your choice of sliced brisket, pork, chicken, or turkey cradling a scoop of our red skin mashed potatoes and topped with gravy.
WHOLE STUFFED BAKED POTATOES: A huge potato stuffed with your choice of pork, brisket, or chicken w/ cheese and bacon. Served with 2 Sides and Cornbread.
SLICED BEEF BRISKET: Hand trimmed Angus Beef Brisket rubbed, marinated, and smoked for 14 hours hand sliced and succulent. Served with 2 Sides and Cornbread.
PULLED CHICKEN: Tender, juicy chicken smoked until moist and tender, then lovingly seasoned with our rescue rub and hand pulled. Served with 2 Sides and Cornbread.
SMOKED SAUSAGE: This is a true old-style German garlic pork sausage so good it is worthy of carrying the Company 7 brand. Not hot but full of savory flavor.
BRISKET BURNT ENDS: Smoked Angus Brisket chunks covered with a sweet sauce and double smoked for 4 more hours.
YUENGLING BATTERED HADDOCK: A favorite here at Company 7 BBQ. A tender and delicious 7oz. filet battered with Yuengling and deep fried golden brown.
HAND PULLED PORK: We start with a bone-in pork shoulder smothered with Rescue Rub, marinated for hours, and then smoked low and slow for up to14 hours.
VEGETARIAN SAMPLER DINNER: Your choice of 5: Baked Potato, Company7 Saratoga Chips, Coleslaw, Fried Apples, Garlic Redskin Mashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, French Fries, Sweet Potato Casserole, or a Salad.
