EXCITING NEWS!
WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR PERMITS & LICENSES!
We are officially one step closer to opening our doors, and we couldn't be more excited!
Opening a brand-new restaurant is no small task. Charlotte County and the state have made sure everything is done correctly, safely, and up to code before allowing us to welcome our guests. We are happy to say we've made it through that process! Our team has helped us tremendously thank you Cindy AnneMarie for being there every day. Thank you Josh for helping along the way. A big shout out to our family at Cape Haze Deli for your love, support and for helping us with our new venture.
Now comes the fun part! We're getting ready to order our fresh ingredients, stock our kitchen, train our staff, and put the finishing touches on everything.
We have a brand-new POS system for our servers to learn, cooks who need time to get comfortable in their new kitchen, and a whole team working hard behind the scenes.
We know everyone is anxious for us to open, and believe us, nobody is more excited than we are!
But we want to do this right. We'd rather take a little extra time to make sure we're ready than rush to open before we can give you the food, service, and experience you deserve.
