cozy cafe. Whether it’s parents starting their day with a much-needed latte, friends catching up before an event, or visitors exploring the countryside, our goal is always the same: to make people feel welcome and connected. Sophia-who you will find behind the coffee bar-has a soft spot for her local community and a love for coffee. After traveling near and far, tasting drinks and gathering recipes along the way, she’s excited to bring those flavors back home to share. And of course, Highland Coffeehouse wouldn’t be complete without a nod to her favorite companions... the charming Highland cows that inspire our name and spirit.

• Pineapple Dragonfruit Refresher: lemonade, green tea, pineapple syrup, topped with dragon fruit cubes

• Brown Sugar Vanilla Cold Brew or Latte: brown sugar syrup, cold brew or espresso topped with vanilla cold foam

• Butterbrew Root Beer Dirty Soda: root beer + butterscotch & vanilla flavor mixed with cream poured over ice (espresso optional)
