Discover some of the unique ingredients and techniques used in Thai cuisine. In our Let's Talk Thai Cooking Class we’ll prepare a variety of flavor-filled dishes including chicken satay with peanut dipping sauce, Tom Kha G*i (coconut chicken soup), Pad Krapow (basil stir fry), ‘Weeping Tiger’ Beef, Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice.

Join us on November 15th at 1pm for a French Macaron Workshop with guest pastry chef, Gabi Briga from Strega Nonna's Bakery in Endwell!

Gabi trained and earned degrees in Baking and Pastry and Business Management from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She went on to lead the on-site bakery at the Culinary Institute of America's San Antonio campus and has worked in both large and small commercial bakeries.

She's excited to offer her first Phantom Chef LLC hosted workshop!

Trattoria Italiana cooking class promises to be an unforgettable Italian culinary experience!

On the menu: mussels alla Tarantina with ciabatta crostini, braised chicken with citrus, Castelvetrano olives and Calabrian chiles, potato gnocchi with sage-brown butter and verdure gratinate al forno. For dessert, we’ll prepare a polenta shortcake topped with mascarpone whipped cream, strawberries and drizzled with really good aceto balsamico
