Meet Sun Greene, the first of many Health Ambassador highlights to come. 🌞

If you’ve spent time around Cardiff or Encinitas, you’ve probably seen him.

From run clubs to post-run hangs, Sun brings people together and shows up with good energy wherever he goes. He’s also a local realtor, helping people find their place here.

For Sun, Encinitas is the first place he’s really considered home.

And Haggo’s is one of the places that brings that community to life.

And that says everything.

Let’s talk grass-fed beef for a second. 🥩

We go through about 500 pounds every week at Haggo’s.

Not because it sounds good on a menu…
but because it’s the best product we can get.

Here’s the part most people don’t know:

Not all “grass-fed” beef is the same.

A lot of cows are grass-fed…
then finished on grain at the end to fatten them up.

There is a difference.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed, grass-finished.

No grain.
No shortcuts.

Just the real thing — the way it’s meant to be.

You can see it.
You can taste it.

That’s real food.

And yeah — we marinate it 12–24 hours so it hits just right on the grill.

But the main thing?

Once you taste true grass-fed, grass-finished beef…

it’s hard to go back.
