Chef Massimo Tenino imported not only his skills learned from Nonna Isola, but the beautiful wood-fire ovens, ingredients, wines and more. Isola Pizza Bar features 15 specialty pizzas created from family recipes, authentic Italian appetizers and house-made gelato and desserts. Isola is also proud to feature seven wines from Chef Tenino's family winery in Piemonte, Italy–Pietro Rinaldi Winery.
