Today, all of us at Mama Roo’s Italian Kitchen pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

25 years later, we still remember where we were.
We still remember the heroes.
We still remember the unity that followed.

Today isn’t about business. It’s about remembrance, gratitude, family, and honoring those who never came home.

May we never forget their names, their sacrifice, or the strength our country showed when we stood together.

There was a time when selling ONE jar felt exciting.
Then we sold a case.
Then another.
Then people started coming back asking,
“Do you have more of that sauce?”
Then Mama’s Sauce started showing up in stores.
And somewhere along the way…
We passed 5,000 jars sold.
You can build something pretty incredible one customer, one retailer, one market and one jar at a time.
We’re incredibly proud of how far Mama Roos has come.
But even more than that…
We’re grateful for everyone who helped us get here.
