Baked and Loaded Taco Potato 😋

We took a fluffy, buttery baked potato and gave it a serious taco night upgrade! 🌮🥔

Loaded with seasoned taco beef, melty cheese and all the taco fixings, finished with chipotle on the side and a little extra love.

Basically… a taco and a baked potato had a very delicious baby. 😂
