There’s just something special about fresh, local ingredients. 🌿❤️

A huge thank you to Farmer Ted at Sonshine Acres for delivering this week’s beautiful harvest! This delivery is headed straight into our kitchen, where fresh herbs will be featured in our house-made sauces and Italian dishes, and these gorgeous Detroit Dark beets are getting roasted and prepped for our Featured Roasted Beet Salad this week.

We truly believe food tastes better when it comes from people you know. Supporting local farmers means fresher ingredients, stronger small businesses, and a healthier community for all of us.

If you haven’t found your favorite local farmer yet, you’re missing out. We live in such a beautiful place, surrounded by hardworking people who grow incredible food, and we’re proud to do our part by supporting them whenever we can.
