The mission of Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce is to provide services and opportunities for business owners and employees of the Southern Lehigh region, including exchange of experiences through networking, information and education and planned activities to enhance business. We are a proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce (www.lehighvalleychamber.org). We work closely

with other community entities to stay proactive in our marketing, events, and, additional professional opportunities. Our Chamber works with a variety of municipalities: Coopersburg Borough, Lower Milford Township, and Upper Saucon Township. In addition we work with the Southern Lehigh School District, Penn State Lehigh Valley, and DeSales University. The successful operation of monthly and annual events and initiatives heavily relies on committees, some of which include: Municipal Update, Oktoberfest, Party for the Paws, Music in the Park, Trunk or Treat, and Restaurant Week. The Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce is excited to partner with Luxe Events & Designs as they celebrate their One-Year Anniversary with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! 🎉

Join us on Thursday, August 20th as we celebrate this exciting milestone and one year of creating unforgettable weddings, celebrations, and special events. The celebration will take place from 5:00-8:00pm, with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony beginning promptly at 6:00pm. We look forward to celebrating with you!

📣 GRANT OPPORTUNITY! 📣

Calling all Pennsylvania grocers! Check out the Pennsylvania Fresh Food Financing Initiative, an opportunity to receive funding to help open or expand healthy food options in your community. Grant applications are now open, and the deadline to apply is September 15, 2026.

A statewide public-private financing program administered by The Food Trust, PA FFFI helps business owners open or expand healthy grocery outlets in communities throughout the commonwealth.

Overseen by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), the PA FFFI is administered by The Food Trust in partnership with Pennsylvania-based community development financial institutions (CDFIs).

The program provides grants and technical assistance to nonprofit, for-profit and cooperative food businesses that help increase access to healthy, affordable food and improve economic opportunities for low- to moderate-income residents of urban, suburban and rural areas of Pennsylvania. Grant awards will range from $5,000 – $200,000. Please refer to the Request for Applications (RFA) for more details.

This past Friday July 31st, the Southern Lehigh Chamber had the pleasure of partnering with Valerie and her team at JAIRV ABA Services to debut their new company to the community!

JAIR-V provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy wherever a child thrives: at home, school, or community. Valerie and her team believe the challenge is the behavior, not the individual and that their roles are to listen deeply, understand fully, and teach better ways to connect with the world — while never losing sight of the whole, extraordinary child in front of them.
