Just finished our first catering job! Fried Chicken, smoked bbq legs and thighs, smoked pulled pork, mac and cheese, rice and beans, potato  salad, collard greens and a honey corn bread! The Snack Shack is undergoing some much needed upgrades but we are planning on being up and running full time (including daily breakfast and late night hours on Fri/Sat)and are currently looking to book for events/locations starting in June! Please spread the word and let us know where you would like to see us in the Lehigh Valley! We will also be back on Door Dash!
