Just wanted to check in with a few pictures of Gary’s retirement. I’m sorry I’m lax on this but we are having such a good time that I forget. I hope you are all doing well and we hope God blesses every one of you!

I know I promised to show some pictures of our retirement, but we have been so busy here that I’m just getting around to it. Gary is enjoying his family and retirement. We hope you are all doing well and wanted you to know that we are very happy! God bless all of you!

It was Gary’s birthday today so we went to Mahoney’s Irish Pub to celebrate where his cousin was playing. You may have seen him in our shop playing the guitar.

We want to thank everyone for all the well wishes these past two weeks. It has meant so much to us to see everyone. We had visits and phone calls from past employees, customers who no longer live in the area and so many beautiful Facebook posts. We can not thank you enough. We have always had the best customers and for that we will always be grateful. We are not going to be able to finish until October second because we are just about out of everything. Today will mark our last day. We hope that everyone enjoyed their food because we definitely enjoyed having you in our little shop. We will never forget Cavaluzzo’s but it is now time for us to move into the next chapter of our lives. Thank you so much for supporting us and may God Bless all of you!

We wanted to let everyone know that we will be on vacation next week, we will reopen on the 20th of September. We have more news for you. The time has come for us to retire. We have been here for 36 years and never really thought much about it. We have enjoyed serving this community so much and have met so many great people and friends. Our last day will be October second. We are off to a new adventure together. We thank all of you so much for everything, you have been the most loyal customer base any business owner could have asked for. It is very emotional for us as you can imagine. We have raised three great kids here but it is now time for us to be with our grandchildren. Thank you again so much for supporting us all these years. We are open tonight until 8 and will then see you on the 20th.
