Another AMAZING week!! You helped us achieve our 10th Best week ever, and once again, on only 5 days instead of our normal 6! 😱 This included a 4th Best Wednesday, a 2nd Best Sunday, and just dollars away from a 5th best Saturday! 🙏🏻 So very grateful for all the patience people had when we were extremely busy! 🙌🏻 As the signs say, you can rest assured that we are doing our best to get it all out as soon as possible no matter how long it takes. 🙂 While Pizza is always busy, the kitchen side has been really moving…dinners, sandwiches, appetizers, etc., have also been flying out and we are very happy to see that! I want to take a special moment here to say how incredible the server and staff tips were last week! They were slightly on the absurd side (in a good way!) and my staff was extremely grateful and absolutely noticed it, lol! Almost at 4,000 followers here now! Thank you all and see you soon! 🍕🍝🥖🥗

Whooo! We now have another new 2nd best Thursday and the 3rd best week of our Summer Schedule so far! 😎 Very much appreciated for that and the staff tips! 🙏🏻 It’s been extremely busy and most people have been fantastic aside from one or two grumps last week. 😒 We don’t need that crappola when we’re slammed! If it’s a problem, you’re better off canceling and trying on a slower day. As the signs say out front in the waiting area, we are doing what we can to get your order out as fast as possible! When it’s around an hour or over wait, we’re doing our best to ESTIMATE times. They’re not gonna be exact and it isn’t realistic to think so! Please keep that in mind! We’d just like you there to get it fresh outta the oven and that’s what we’re shooting for. 👍🏻

Also, this is the first reminder that in about 6 more weeks we return to being open on Tuesdays again for the usual 6 days. Thank you all and see you soon! 🍕🥖🥗🍝

UNBELIEVABLE week!!! Sincere thanks for everyone’s patience, because we were absolutely slammed most of the time. 🙏🏻😱 Last week gave us a new 2nd best Wednesday, a 3rd best Thursday, and a 2nd best Saturday. This resulted in our 8th highest grossing week ever, and for the first time, a Top 10 without being open 6 days. 😳 Just incredible! Many people came from 40 to 60 minutes away and many also gave us multiple visits! We got pretty cleaned out but are restocked and ready to go! 👍🏻 Now at almost 3,950 followers! Another week another review video! Last week we had rising local reviewer “Bitesbychenny” randomly stop in and score our plain NY Style and Campania Pizzas with an 8.7 and 8.3 respectively with an 8.5 overall! 😎 You can view the video on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok by searching the name. We also once again hit our highest sales week so far since being on the Summer Schedule, which is much appreciated!! 🙏🏻 A new 3rd Best Thursday for us and a Sunday that was dollars away from cracking the Top 5! Very happy to have had the best week of our Summer Schedule so far, which included a lower Top 10 Wednesday and our 2nd Best Ever Thursday!!! 🙏🏻 We very much appreciated your patience during busy times!! We thank new local IG/TikTok reviewer MarleyMar43 for giving our “Plain” Pie a 9.2 on Sunday! He’s in search of the best NY Style Pizza around and has been to many very good places already and we now lead the way with that score! 😎 We’re grateful to all those who had great things to say about us and told him he had to come here! It’s also been nice to see the summery Pasta dishes like the Ziti Caprese and Spaghetti alla Rucola both getting ordered much more than last year at this time! 👍🏻 Thanks to all and see you soon! 🍕🥖🥗🍝

A new 5th place Saturday for us and so far everything is working this week lol. 🙏🏻 A highlight of that Saturday was meeting Cody from Cody’s Eats & Sweets in Nazareth! 👍🏻 He made a long drive to come try us! 😎 An extremely nice person that also has a lot passion for what he does. He too puts a lot into his products and takes it seriously. If you’re ever in the area check his place out! He left us such a beautiful review which will be posted down below. We will unfortunately be CLOSED again Today. 🙁 Our range hood will not turn on and we cannot operate without it. 😡 Especially in this heat. We do not know when this will be resolved, but will post here when we are back up and running. This summer has been relentless. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Thank you all.

Due to the warnings and intense heat and humidity forecasted for today, we will be CLOSED unfortunately, as it will be just unbearable in the kitchen next to the ovens. We will reopen tomorrow. Thank you and apologies for any inconvenience! 🙏🏻

We are BACK from our short vacation Today! 😎 Wanna thank everyone that came out and gave us our new BEST EVER Thursday record BY FAR! So high in fact, I don’t know if it’ll ever be topped, as it was Saturday figures on a weekday before the holiday. 😳🙏🏻 Scary moment last week during the brutal heat wave, as I was seriously hit with heat exhaustion by the ovens badly, but our own customers waiting for food Dr. Dan and Parametic David jumped into action to help me. Very grateful for them and such perfect timing lol! 😱👍🏻 Normal summer weather is a different story, but we will be more careful about opening on days where it’s gonna be SUPER harsh with warnings, as it’s small and VERY hot in the kitchen when something like that is going on, even with A/C. Not worth the risk!

We also want to remind you that Ziti Caprese is available for those that don’t know we made it a year round dish on the last menu update. It’s definitely in season now! Thanks all and see you soon!!! 🍕🥖🥗🍝
