Taste The Occasion is Eminence, Missouri’s go-to coffee shop, café, and bakery—serving handcrafted specialty coffees, fresh homemade pastries, and a rotating breakfast menu that keeps mornings exciting. Encouraging participation and increase knowledge of culinary in the privacy of your own home or venue. We offer different packages, which includes,

adult and child educational cooking demonstration, adult and child dinner parties, special catered events, office lunches, or nightly dinner meals. My experience in the culinary field started at a very young age, where I learned to make southern homemade biscuits in my grannies house. I started culinary school at 17, and have completed several courses that earned me a culinary certificate from Southwestern Illinois College. I am well known for my culinary masterpieces throughout the church community in the Saint Louis area, which includes, specialty cakes and savory meals. I enjoy making fresh homemade bread, fresh homemade pasta, Mexican cuisine, Italian dishes, soup, salads, and of course my southern roots of southern hospitality.
