COPPER CREEK CHEESECAKE is back in Eminence Mo at Rugars Pie Barn !! I created Copper Creek cheesecakes in 2011 and within five years of hard work and farmers markets and etc.. Had it going nationwide with Whole Foods with many other big accounts like the Arizona Cardinals stadium. I sold the company because of cancer I survived but my company didn’t , the new owner let it go. But it’s back baby! Not a mason jar. They’ve become too expensive at this point but you’re getting a 12 ounce cheesecake and a beautiful little individual to go container let’s do this! The pie case is fully stocked for this week!!

We are celebrating the first day of fall. Hallelujah! We’ve been delivered from the overwhelming heat, and I am in the spirit of PUMPKIN PECAN PIE this week!  I baked a traditional pumpkin pie and put my brown butter pecan pie right on top 😜🤩. I’ll also have My caramel apple tartan again this week since it seems to be in the crowd favorite and then all the other usual suspects. There is a peanut butter cookies and cream pie this week. I’d like to know what y’all think of that! Come on in open Thursday through Saturday at 11 AM to 6 PM and Sunday My after church 12 PM to 2 PM see you this week eminence can’t wait!

Ohhhhhhh I HAVE DONE IT NOW, Apple Pie On Steroid. I present to you an Apple Tartan . Apples cooked in cast-iron simmered in butter and brown sugar and spices till they start to caramelize baked with the pie shell on top and then flipped over when it’s done , all that caramel gooey drippy beautiful mess. I guarantee you try this tart and I will have ruined you for any other kind of apple pie so just beware lol
