Something New is Roaring in Oakland

On August 9, 2025, we’re opening the doors to Payakk: The Roaring of Thai Supper Club on Thornhill Drive in Oakland.

Payakk is more than a restaurant — it’s a creative gathering space. Led by Chef Tobb, the supper club will bring Thai flavors to life while inviting collaborations with artists and makers from across the community. Think of it as a place where food, art, and culture come together at the same table.

And don’t worry — Secrets of Tiger isn’t going anywhere. Chef Tobb will still be there every morning, making sure everything feels just as you remember.

We can’t wait to share this new chapter with you. Come join us, celebrate, and be part of the roar.
