"My first try of the Beyond Meat Steak Filet. It's incredible. It comes with 28 grams protein, 1 gram saturated fat from avocado oil, 3 grams fiber, and just 230 calories.

I paired it with an oven-baked potato, a bit of vegan Sour Cream and Butter, and Sautéed Spinach with Mushrooms.

All vegan, plant-based, and cruelty-free. Amazingly delicious and to see how far all things vegan have come since I started on this path wayyyy back in 1997 is just unreal. I'm happy to have been a part of it, and with eden for 16 years, I've been blessed to be able to have made a bit of a mark on NEPA with it all too. 💚😋🌱

With the current events that are happening in this country, we stopped by to share this throwback, wishing we were still around to make another one of these Smoothie Specials for the third impeachment of this lying, fascist, n**i scum of a president and all the disgusting members of his administration.

We can be proud that we were always on the correct side of history when it comes to that narcissistic idiot and conman, and we are proud of those of you who stood tall with us too. 💪🙌✊

Who knew we'd get a chance to make an "Impeachment Smoothie" not just once, but twice, during the deplorable reign of a one term failure of a president, but here we are sooooooo....

Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, January 14th, we will have "The Impeachment Smoothie 2.0!" now with added Republicans in the House voting to impeach and a real chance at actual conviction in the Senate! The actions that led us here may be disgraceful, but the Smoothie is truly delicious!!! 👍😋💪

Talk about a blast from the past! Check out this eden spot on WNEP from wayyyy back in November 2009! Eden was just approaching it's one year anniversary and the curiosity factor for our New American Vegan Comfort Food was kind of off the charts! What a time, we are so grateful for all of it and will cherish every memory made with you all forever and always. 🤗 💚✌️
