UPDATE!!!! As most of you already know, the Arctic Igloo is moving to the old Cox’s building. Also known as The Garden Terrace. Our last day at the Arctic Igloo was Sunday😢 Although it was a bit of an emotional day for me, I am happy to say that I am moving on to bigger and better😁 I have been planning this move since May and can finally say that we will be open if all goes right my the middle of next week🤞 Also, many of you have been asking if I was going to change the name?? Being that I started out my business as a small ice cream parlor, the name Arctic Igloo was perfect but... We do not sell ice cream anymore so, with lots of consideration, I agreed with Bill Smith and Randy Kehler.. Trying to think of the perfect name as I would lay in bed at night or stand behind my grill with all sorts of names running threw my head for weeeks, I FINALLY figured it out..You all know how much I LOVE country, and, the new restaurant is located on the corner, so I put the two together and came up with The Country Corner Cafe’❤️❤️❤️ The hours for the first few weeks will be the same as the old place but planning on opening Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings with a full menu, including seafood, steaks, and home cooked meals. It’s been a long haul, and I can not thank everyone enough who has been helping out and supporting me all the way Bill Smith Ashley Marie Cruiz Dindorf Randy Kehler & Peyton, Debbie Ritzman & Uncle Randy, Mick, Mike, Pro Metalshop , Kate & Tom and to all of my customers who have supported me through my entire journey. I am truly blessed and am so looking forward to this new experience.
