We wanted to give everyone a heads-up about a few menu and price changes coming to Irions Smokehouse this week and next week.
Anybody who has been buying groceries lately knows meat prices — especially beef — have gotten crazy. We’ve tried to absorb as much of that increase as we could without constantly changing our prices, but we’ve finally gotten to the point where we have to make a few adjustments.
You’ll notice some updates to our menu, along with some price increases on brisket and a few other items. You may also notice a few items disappearing from the menu for a while as we navigate these costs and figure out what makes the most sense moving forward.
We’re not changing the quality of what we serve or cutting corners to save a few bucks. We’re still going to buy good meat, smoke it the same way, and serve the same BBQ we’ve always been proud to put our name on.
We know nobody likes price increases — us included — and we appreciate everyone understanding that we’re just trying to keep Irions Smokehouse strong and keep serving you the best BBQ we can.
