For Cooking Tips:
Easy Summer Strawberry Salsa -
1 pint strawberries quartered
1 pint grape tomatoes quartered
1 small red onion diced
1 bunch green scallions chopped
1 bunch fresh mint chopped
Add 1/4 cup white balsamic vinager and 1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Let sit 3 to 4 hours
Enjoy with BBQ glazed chicken on the grill

For Cooking Tips:
Weekend BBQ Tip
In a large zip lock bag combine 2 cups of OJ, 1 cup ginger ale, 1/4 cup of pickled ginger, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Marinate one pound of chicken breast 2-4 hours. Grill, brush with BBQ sauce, and enjoy!
