🚨Rib Update🚨

It’s not even 4pm yet and we’re already down to single digits on the number of racks left.

After last week’s incredible turnout, we smoked just a few more ribs than we normally would for a Thursday night, hoping we’d be ready for the demand.

You all continue to amaze us.

Thank you for the support, the preorders, and for making Rib Thursdays such a success.

Now excuse us while we brace for 4pm 😄🔥

🔥 The wait is over. It’s Rib Day. 🔥

Eric’s ribs have been smoking low and slow since 7am this morning and they’ll be ready at 4pm.

Last week was an amazing start to the season, and you’ve already kept us busy with preorders for this week.

That’s okay… we planned for that 😏
