Happy Taste Tester Tuesday! We have a special guest here at Massa today — Chef Leo!
He made a special calabrese pizza with us with soppressata, onion, mozzarella, hot honey, and chili flakes.
He also just launched a book ‘Pizza Love’ that is available on Amazon and soon to be in all major book retailers!

Happy Taste Tester Tuesday! We have a very special guest in the gelato room with us today, Jonathan Zaragoza. One of the best chefs in Chicago was in our gelato room and it was a true honor to have him here!
He came up with two super delicious gelato flavors for us to make, and they turned out absolutely amazing.

Happy Taste Tester Tuesday! We are back at Massa Cafe and today we made the viral stuffed croissant, we stuffed it with our stracciatella gelato and topped it with some Nutella and powdered sugar. It was so good that we decided we need to offer it ALL WEEKEND! So come and get a stuffed croissant with your choice of gelato this Friday through Sunday! See you there, ciao!

Happy Friday!! We are back with another delicious romana special — Porchetta Romana. (August 21st-23rd)
Our delicious Roman dough, mozzarella, thinly sliced Porchetta from Tempesta Salumi and a rapini salsa verde on top. Absolutely delicious; a simple, light, crispy one for you guys this weekend—come get it! Ciao!

We are back in the kitchen with Nonna Pina! Today we made Barese focaccia — the recipe Massa Pizza was born from!
We used our Sicilian dough, topped it with hand crushed plum tomatoes, fresh basil, EVOO, salt, pepper, and oregano. We did a little twist and opened it up and added some thinly sliced mortadella as well. Absolutely delicious!

Happy Friday! We are back with a NEW weekend special here at Massa Cafe — Massa’s Italian grilled cheese!
Provolone, mozzarella, imported fontina, fresh figs from Angelo Caputo's Fresh Markets, honey, and prosciutto cotto toasted to perfection on Pane Turano from Turano Baking Co. buttered up on both sides. Come and get amazing sandwich all weekend long! Ciao!

We are back in the kitchen with Nonna Pina! Today we made Pasta funghi, piselli, e salsiccia. Absolutely delicious and a must try at home.

Olive oil

Happy Taste Tester Tuesday! We are live at Massa Cafe. Today we are trying our famous cremino di caffe made with Vero espresso, but this time we added some pistachio cream and some crushed pistachios on it.
