I am going to do this 1 last time & 1 Time only!
For all of the people who never research, but hear something and run with it. I learned never to repeat something you are unaware or are unsure of! So let me give you clarity.

For a zillion time, Tilapia is a real fish from Africa's Ivory coast & is also believed to be the fish Jesus fed thousands!

If you eat Catfish, then Tilapia is a thousand times better, because of its lean, no fat and cleanliness!

Naturally, Tilapia are vegetarian!

Anything that comes from Africa people are quick to discredit or belittle,
