One last thank you from the boss.
Fb only gave me 60 seconds for a video, and my first attempt was 6 minutes long lol. This is a very abriged goodbye. To all the wonderful people I worked with at the shop; the local businesses we got to buy high quality products from to bring to our Elmira fam; our guests over the years (yes I still know your names and your food & bev faves 💖); some of the local politicians and business groups who helped us out; and me for putting it all together: THANK YOU!

Happy Black History Month, Grinders!
As always this month, we remember and celebrate Black American inventors, entrepreneurs, scholars, athletes, doctors, artists, activists, and so much more.
Pictured is a portrait of Rose Nicaud, who opened the first fresh coffee stand at the French Market in New Orleans. She popularized cafe au lait (coffee with milk) and eventually made enough money from her stand to open a brick & mortar. She also inspired dozens of other women to start their own coffee businesses in the early 1800s.
