🧊 THE AIR IS BACK ON 🧊
As many of you are aware, our air conditioning has been down for a couple of months now. This has caused extremely high heat in the kitchen for employees, as well as less than favorable dining room temps for customers. Well I can happily say "Bring a sweater!" because it is cold in here once again!!
Huge thanks to Fingerlakes HVAC (Google link below⬇️) for working to get everything connected smoothly this past week — we experienced a couple logistical hiccups but they were quick to problem solve and keep us from melting any further 🥵
I would like to extend my thanks to our staff who stood by our sides in the heat and made sure we were able to give you all a wonderful dining experience despite their own discomfort. We did our best to keep everyone as hydrated and cooled off as possible, but there were a couple of pretty rough days and I want them all to know I am grateful for their dedication to their roles at the restaurant and to this team 🌟
Last, but most certainly not least, thank you to all of our wonderful customers. Many of you noticed, asked, offered help, sympathized, and kept coming in through it all to support us and get your dogs! We see you and we appreciate you beyond words.
Absolutely none of this is possible without your loyalty and support — I know I speak for our whole team when I say THANK YOU for continuing to come in and see us, reminiscing about times when hotdogs were $0.25 and life was simpler, acknowledging that we have kept it the same for you because there is no other way to do it, and dancing a little on your stools when the music hits your ears just right 🎶
Again, I will say so VERY happily ....
