Elmira RISE We are a one of a kind alternative dry bar. We serve the LGBTQIA+ community and everyone else. Elmira R.I.S.E. We have a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

(respect, inclusion, safety, and equality) is all about fun and serving the community. We are a sober bar offering coffee, tea, mocktails, and delicious food. Events and themes will be different each night, Thurs night will always be a game night. Currently we have a fabulous DM leading a DnD campaign. We also have monthly trivia, and monthly drag shows.
