Now that I'm able to post. A caterers nightmares are; unfulfilling a clients agreement, arriving late & making something guest don't like. After Hundreds of caterings I fell short. Soon after returning the persons money with extra and trying my best to offer a solution to a problem I caused. All of this after My life and my families lives were threatened and numerous racial slurs this was my solution; I'm sorry this happened, but you can't accept every job no matter how much you enjoy working. I offered to have a party the same day all for free. I've never stole anything from anyone and assume the responsibility for anything I ever done. And before this every catering was a success. .
