For us, eating well also means doing right by the local economy through sourcing most of our ingredients from close to home. Our chefs honor and expand Midwestern food traditions through their kitchen at One Fifty One Kitchen Bar, with a seasonal approach to menu creation. The menu is anchored by our chefs' unique takes on rustic dishes, and is complimented by an extensive craft beer list, handmade cocktails, and a curated wine program highlighting some of the nation's best vintners. Our attention at One Fifty One is not only on what we serve, but also on how we serve it. This moment captures the beginning of The Midnight Run—an original creation born behind the 151 bar that would go on to become our award-winning signature cocktail.

One of the questions we hear most often is, “What exactly is that artwork on the wall?”
This piece is our pig—and the trio displayed on our main wall is a sheep, a cow and a pig. For 10 years, these distinctive sculptures have been part of the character of 151, quietly watching over countless dinners, celebrations and nights out.

Our first sold-out b**r dinner brought guests together for an evening of thoughtfully paired courses, great b**r and even better company.

A beef patty layered with creamy cheddar Mornay, bacon jam and house pickles, served alongside crispy Kennebec fries and paired with a cold b**r. Simple, bold and unmistakably 151.
