We’re closing early today for our yearly team outing. Lake Zurich will be open from 11am - 2:45pm and Phase Three Brewing - Elmhurst will be open from 11am - 3pm.

Our Tofu Katsu brings crispy, hand-breaded marinated tofu over garlic fried rice, with Filipino coconut curry, sweet potatoes, coriander, scallions and sliced Fresno peppers. Crispy, creamy, savory, with just a little heat. Grab a pour to pair with it and you’ve got yourself a pretty solid Thursday dinner.

If you’re going for a for a little meatless moment, but craving a burger, our Chipotle Black Bean Burger is the flavorful answer. With a chipotle black bean patty, chipotle aioli, chimichurri-tossed lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepper jack on a brioche bun.

It’s chilly, it’s Monday, and the Hog Wings are sounding pretty good.

Deep-fried hog wings tossed in our house-made bourbon apple BBQ sauce, with just the right amount of sweet and smoky. They’re one of our Oktoberfest specials, and happen to pair pretty nicely with a P3 Oktoberfest, P3 Festbier or A Bushel of Apples.

And starting Wednesday, you can add Cherry Apple Ale to that list, too.

Three years of Phase Three in Elmhurst deserves a burger worth celebrating.

The Cellarbration Triple Smash is on the menu starting today for our third anniversary Cellarbration: three smash patties seasoned with hop salt, fermented garlic hop-honey glaze, smoked porter XO miso jam, grilled bok choy, Vidalia onions & Asiago cheese, finished on a charcoal bun.

It’s rich, savory, a little smoky, a little sweet.
