This white pie has spinach, mozzarella, the best ricotta you’ve ever had, fresh California garlic, extra virgin olive oil and cracked black pepper on our homemade dough.

We have been testing another all white pie for the menu (stay tuned 🔥) but the Bianca will always be the OG!

It’s always bittersweet to say goodbye to someone who has been such a big part of the Finelli Family. After years with us, Anthony is heading off to the Culinary Institute of America to take the next step in his culinary journey.

We’re incredibly proud of him—not only for all he’s brought to our kitchen, but for being named HCTC Student of the Year! We’ve loved watching him grow, and we can’t wait to see where his talent takes him next.

Congratulations, Anthony, and best of luck at CIA. Remember where you got your start when you become the Food Network’s next star!!!

As one chapter ends, another begins. We’re looking for our next superstar to join the Finelli Family. If you’re ready to work hard, have fun, and be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

I want to give a big thank you to B.W. Mechanical for taking my call at 7:30 AM on the Fourth of July! Mechanical issues are never fun, especially on a hot, busy holiday weekend. Burton and his son came to the rescue, making sure we could get our catering order out and open on Sunday. We truly appreciate your quick response and all your hard work! If you ever need mechanical services, give BW Mechanical a call.

I'd also like to thank our incredible staff for battling the heat all weekend with such positive attitudes. I appreciate each and every one of you, and I know our customers do too. Thank you!!

You guys cleaned us out yesterday!
We are going to do our large catering order then close to reset for tomorrow. We apologize for the last second change, but we will be ready for you tomorrow July 5th. We hope you have a great 4th!

July 3rd: 10:30a-10p
July 4th: CLOSED
July 5th: 10:30a-10p
