This is a message directly from Nadine. I am Momo and Andres sister, I’m also their behind the scenes help. If you email, order online, or message us, it’s me you’re speaking with. I also manage all of the social media for them.
The reason for this message isn’t so much to explain who I am and what I do but to ask a favor of you all. This is from me, not them!
Yes, we are OPEN 24/7 on the Honor System.
However, we do not have staffing 24/7……
Meaning do not come in at night and ask them to go cut your favorite flavors. The kitchen is not in operation at that time.
Momo and Andres are too nice and will say yes! But they have already worked all day and they’re exhausted. They also need time off too. They cannot work 24/7. They already work long days, 7 days a week this time of year.

Side Note: we do understand that people get caught up in the moment, they get excited, they don’t think…. They’re not being rude about it. I just think it’s important to understand that they are not able to cut cheesecake 24/7, but we do have it available 24/7 or until Sold Out!
