We are officially closed for business at the Diner as we ran out of food.

We want to thank all of you for the tremendous support we have had since being open. It's been great to meet everyone and build friendships and be able to serve you over the past months.

***Don't forget, we will be at Fort Harker Days July 8th and 9th serving up the one and only extra creamy, most delicious Tillamook Ice Cream***

We also want to thank all of you for understanding our need to close the doors.

💕Family has to be #1 💕

We hope to see you out and about around town before our new journey begins for one last goodbye!

Many have asked already if the Diner is for sale...

Yes, the building and all equipment are for sale as a package deal, if buyer does not want kitchenware, dining ware, inventory items ect. we will be selling what we have left.

It is with great sadness to announce the permanent closure of Blended Roots Eats & Treats.

Due to a multitude of reasons, going back and forth on what to do, we need to make our family top priority! Family is something that always needs to be first regardless of how small or big your goals and dreams are!

This is not easy for us to say the least. Since we opened back in November, we have met so many people, made new friends and some even close like family. It's been a true blessings to build the relationships we have made since opening and it will be that much harder not to see all the smiling faces daily.

We want to thank each and everyone of you who have supported us along our journey and helping us make our dreams come true. Without you, we couldn't have done it!

***We will close on June 30, 2022***

***We will be at Fort Harker Days in Kanopolis, KS on July 8th & 9th, for one last chance to enjoy all the delicious flavors of Tillamook Ice Cream!

All gift certificates need to be used before closing day, June 30, 2022, come see us if you have questions.

We really hope someone out there has a similar vision as ours and keeps it going for the community. We felt there was a need for family dining in the community and you all showed us how right we were!

Thank you for all of the support, praise and positive feedback over the past several months, it's been a true pleasure doing business with all of you.

We are fully restored and open until 8PM to cook your delicious meals and serve up the Creamiest, Real Ice Cream around!

Looking for something to do this weekend?

This Saturday at the Ellsworth Rodeo grounds starting at 7pm is a rodeo you don't want to miss 🤠 Bells Sidewinders Bulls and Barrels 🤠

Two of our children will be competing, Keagan will be riding bulls and Mallery will be running barrels! Come cheer them on along with all the other competitors.

With that being said, Jason and myself be fully dedicated to our children Saturday afternoon/evening and we will need to close early.

We will be shutting the grills down at 1:30pm and closed at 2pm.

With tomorrow being the last day of school for Ellsworth students we will be running a couple of specials to celebrate school being out for summer 🙃

McKenzie gave birth to a precious, handsome baby boy!

Jax Jonathan Jacobson was born today at 11:28AM

Mckenzie and Jax are both doing amazing and delivery was as perfect as it could be.

Thank you all for your continued support and wonderful comments today!

Y'all are truly amazing and so understanding.

Happy Friday!

*Due to being very low staffed and Mckenzie our server/cashier being in active labor, soon to be having their son, we will be CLOSED today*

We apologize for the inconvenience to all. We hope you all understand our need to be with our daughter during the birth of their first child and our first grand child. If we had the workforce we would be open, we do not and family is needing us present.

If for any reason we get the chance to open later today and be open this evening we will!
