Today we get to celebrate the heart behind so much of what we do.

Happy 40th Birthday to Nick! ❤️🍀

If you've ever admired the flowers around the pub, that's Nick. If you've ever enjoyed a perfectly cooked meal, that's Nick. He knows every recipe, every technique, every little detail, and he's spent years teaching all of us to do things the right way. He's the first one to believe in every one of my crazy ideas, and somehow always finds a way to help make them happen.

More than anything, he loves the legacy of Clancy's with his whole heart. This isn't just a restaurant to him—it's our family's life's work. Every long day, every late night, every sacrifice has been for something bigger than us.

Some day, when we grow old together, right here, sitting at this bar, we'll watch our kids run this place, hear the laughter, see familiar faces walk through the door, and we'll know we helped build something that lasted. What a gift that will be.

To our kids, he's the best dad. To me, he's my best friend, my biggest supporter, and my favorite person to build this life alongside. I'm endlessly grateful for his love, his faith, his leadership, and the quiet strength he brings to our family every single day.

Happy 40th Birthday, Nick. Here's to the next 40 years. We love you more than words can say. ❤️
