Happy Independence Day! Sorry for the late post! We have an array of delights for you in the pastry case today. Our beloved Hiker Biscuits are available in classic ham & cheese or everything & cheddar! If you have a sweet tooth might we suggest the Peach Crumble Pastry (you won’t be disappointed) or one of our Cinnamon Rolls! We’ll be open until 11:30 and then we’ll reopen at 4 for the parade! Just a reminder of our July 4th hours (see below). Want a festive drink? Try last year's very popular Sweet Liberty Creme Frappe with or without boba or our Red White and Blue (otherwise known as the Shark Bite) also with or without boba. Quick announcement 📣 we will have modified hours for July 4th as we celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary! 7:30 am- 11:30 am we will be open for our usual morning crowd, then we’ll be back from 4-6:30 to serve your favorites for the parade! Come in, cool off and get a refreshing iced coffee or a delicous specialty drink (we recommend the Current River Crawl) and a snack or a sweet treat!

Good morning! So very sorry that our posts have been sparse. Hope to see you today. Don't be surprised if there's a Bible study going on. Radonna's working on cinnamon rolls, peanut butter pie and maybe some other goodies depending on her schedule (her on-call job). Dearest Customers,

RaDonna here. You should all know what a wonderful experience it’s been to serve and feed this community in various ways over the last few years. From developing menus at The Old Jefferson to bringing baked goods to Farmers Markets and offering Sourdough classes (my favorite! What a wonderful chance to share my love of bread and get to know so many of you), working at Spooners and now having a partnership with The Joy-Full Cup—cooking and baking is what I love. However, my current model is no longer serving me well and it’s time for a change. This week I will have limited availability of the “cooked to order” breakfast and lunch menu and next week it will be discontinued. I have not come to this decision lightly and have anguished over it for months. For the time, I will still be there making breakfast pastries, frittatas, and loaves of bread available both in the pastry case and by special order (look for a pre-order menu soon!) and the grab-n-go cooler will be regularly stocked with some quick breakfast and lunch items.
