⭐️ IT’S OFFICIAL: OUR FREDERICK GRAND OPENING ⭐️

It’s been almost a month since the soft opening of our second location, and we’ve been having an absolute blast in Frederick so far 💕

From our neighbors and fellow local business owners to our amazing customers, everyone has been so welcoming, kind, and supportive. Thank you for all the feedback, kind words, and advice -- and especially for your patience with us as we navigate this new chapter. We’re so excited to officially announce that we’re ready for our Grand Opening!

AFTER MUCH ANTICIPATION… UMI SUSHI FREDERICK IS FINALLY HERE 🥳🥂

Preparing our second location has been a nerve-wracking but insightful journey that has allowed us to get to know better the wonderful community of Downtown Frederick. It’s also come with its fair share of unexpected delays and learning curves, which made it challenging for our small family-and-friends team to keep to promised timelines. We had originally planned for a May opening that sadly didn’t pan out, so this moment has truly been a long time coming. We can’t thank you enough for patiently sticking with us through it all🥹 We poured our hearts into every detail, so we hope the our hard work will be worth the wait!!

What started in Ellicott City has grown into a second home. We’re so excited to finally expand our UMI family and bring the UMI experience to Frederick!

Join us for our SOFT OPENING next Wednesday, July 15th to enjoy your favorite parts of UMI -- our beautiful space, fresh sushi, and warm hospitality -- in a brand new town with brand new surprises!
