So sweet. Tart is the official dessert of the Virgin Islands! Governor Bryan signed into law a bill sponsored by Senators Angel Bolques Jr. and Marvin Blyden naming Tart the official dessert and Fish and Fungi the official dish of the Virgin Islands.
