Mixologist Joe has been back in his lab crafting a new cocktail . He began with a forage through chef’s garden, gathering heirloom tomatoes, basil and oregano.
The result? A cocktail named after the Greek Island, Santorini. Pure tomato water, Empress 1908 Gin Cucumber Gin, celery bitters, basil and oregano oil droplets and a feta stuffed olive! Fresh, bright and summery.
