In the food industry, employee turnover is a common occurrence and we have been fortunate to have an amazing front-of-house staff for several years. However, we are currently undergoing a significant transition and so there may be longer wait times on certain days (ie:Mon+Fri). This is simply a reflection of their dedication to meeting quality standards and learning to work together as a team. We have huge confidence in our new team and appreciate your patience as they gain the necessary skills to provide exceptional service and sling those sandwiches 👏🏼
